Party Frequently Asked Questions:

• A $50 deposit is required to reserve you date. The deposit is deducted from your balance and balance is due when you arrive and check in for your party.
• Arrival/Departure times- you are welcome to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your party. Your room will be available at this time only. In consideration of other guests, we ask that you have everything out of the party room at your scheduled depart time. You are welcome to stay and play as long as you like, but we will need to begin cleaning the room at the end of your time.
• Please! No outside food or drinks are allowed to be brought into Jumpin’ Jack’s. However we will allow you to bring in your own birthday cake, cupcakes and ice cream
• Paper products are not furnished for your party. You’re expected to provide your own plates, forks, spoons, etc. for cake and ice cream. Don’t forget the cake knife!
• Socks must be worn at all times while in our facility. If you forget socks we have them available for purchase.

Jumpin’ Jack’s Funland is a family friendly location to celebrate good times. We want everyone who enters our facility to enjoy themselves and create wonderful memories. We ask that you help us by monitoring your children and to make sure they are following the guidelines.
